About Guesscreative

Guesscreative® is a deployable infrastructure studio designing environments that move.

Guesscreative designs deployable environments for education, commerce, retail, wellness, and brand activation.

Our work starts with a simple idea: infrastructure should be able to move with the people, markets, and opportunities it serves.

We call that approach Spatial Entrepreneurship™.

We’ve applied it across very different sectors. SOAR Sports needed a nationwide activation and retail platform. CISE explored deployable luxury retail in Los Angeles. Magic School Box™ brought mobile learning infrastructure to one of the largest school districts in the country.

Different applications. Same thinking.

We develop the architectural system, define how it should perform, and coordinate execution with specialized fabrication and manufacturing partners.

That means every project is grounded in the fundamentals: spatial planning, structure, accessibility, MEP coordination, permitting, operations, and brand experience.

The result is infrastructure designed to move, adapt, and create value wherever it is deployed.

I’m Gueston Smith, a designer and entrepreneur focused on rethinking the relationship between people, business, and space.

My background is in architecture, modular construction, prefabrication, and mobile environments. Over the course of my career, I’ve designed spaces for living, learning, commerce, wellness, and work, with a growing focus on infrastructure that can move with the people and opportunities it serves.

That focus is personal. Growing up with a younger sister with limited mobility shaped how I think about access, independence, and the role the built environment plays in expanding what people are able to do.

That thinking led me to found Guesscreative and develop Spatial Entrepreneurship™, a framework built around a simple idea: space does not have to be a fixed cost tied to one location. It can be a deployable asset.

Today, I design systems that help organizations take their capabilities wherever they are needed.

The long-term objective is bigger: to help establish deployable space as a recognized infrastructure asset class.

What I Do It For

What I Do it For.

A Designer's Vow

I AM. My Sister's Keeper.

Each project will receive the empathy, patience, communication & quality execution required.

In memory of my angel,

TALYIA VASSÉ SMITH,

My sister was born with cerebral palsy. She taught me that space either serves human dignity or diminishes it and that the outcome is determined long before construction begins.

Her life established my standard. Accessibility is foundational. Clarity of movement is deliberate. Regulation and well-being are integrated from the first line drawn. Empathy shapes the brief.
Standards govern the delivery.

Space must adapt to people.

That principle defines every unit we deploy, every system we design, and every partnership we accept. It is the foundation of Spatial Entrepreneurship™, infrastructure aligned to human need.

This is what I build. This is why.
