Building a luxury mobile store is part art, part engineering, part brand strategy.

2. Fabrication (Months 2–6)

Once the design is approved, we acquire the right trailer (typically 16’–40’). Our vetted fabricators modify the structure, add insulation, lighting, openings, and finishes all within DOT compliance standards.


3. Testing & Quality Control

Each trailer undergoes structural, electrical, and safety inspections. You’ll receive detailed progress updates with photos and videos throughout.


4. Delivery & Onboarding

Understanding Trailer Requirements


Choosing the right trailer ensures safety, comfort, and compliance.

  • Max legal width: 8.5 ft

  • Max legal height: 13.5 ft

  • Typical length range: 16–40 ft

  • CDL required: if weight exceeds 10,000 lbs

  • Tow vehicle rating: 10,000 lbs + capacity

  • Preferred base types: Car haulers, stackers, or gooseneck trailers

  • Alternative option: Shipping containers (require custom chassis)

⚠️ Oversized trailers (> 8.5 ft width or > 13.5 ft height) require DOT permits and escort vehicles, which add recurring costs.
