Founded by USC-trained architectural designer and CPBD-certified professional Gueston Smith, Guesscreative pioneered Spatial Entrepreneurship™, a design discipline focused on turning movable space into owned, revenue-producing assets. What began as architectural experimentation has evolved into a specialized practice serving entrepreneurs, school districts, and institutions that need capacity without the delay of permanent construction.
The firm designs and builds premium mobile business trailers, expandable learning labs, luxury retail units, and custom shipping container structures built for code compliance, institutional scale, and asset-grade performance. Each project is approached with full architectural rigor from spatial planning and structural detailing to brand integration and permitting strategy so clients deploy infrastructure in months, not years.
The approach was built through applied work: corporate workplace environments at Raytheon, a modular housing portfolio at Kubed Living, custom mobile business trailers and shipping container structures, and deployable learning systems through Magic School Box™. Each setting reinforced the same principle that spatial decisions become permanent faster than behavior becomes understood.
From district-grade mobile classrooms to high-end commercial environments, Guesscreative's work reflects a simple thesis: space should perform by improving well-being, generating revenue, expanding reach, and adapting as strategy evolves. That philosophy has earned multiple international A' Design Awards and positioned the firm at the forefront of modular and movable architecture.

Her life established my standard. Accessibility is foundational. Clarity of movement is deliberate. Regulation and well-being are integrated from the first line drawn. Empathy shapes the brief.
